Canada Post has a light packet rate to the US. Cheaper than small packet. Also, there is a letter mail rate which allows you up to 20mm thick (about 3/4"). I use light packet all the time to mail matchboxes. For letter mail, do your best to make it look flat like paper as technically you can only use for 'letter mail' but that includes any paper and cards. If I mail something lumpy or embellished, I sandwich it between cereal board so it feels and looks like paper. Get a rate booklet, you are paying way too much! HTH. I hate Can Post too!

Thanks for the wonderful nostalgic ATC (resend) for the ATC Addicts WTA April game. Great job on the detailed cutting! Love the picture -- I'm almost old enough to remember a kitchen like that! Thanks also for the cool postage stamps. Hadn't seen the bug one before. Sorry this was such a hassle. Your card was worth the wait though.
