Meredith, thank you for the adorable birthday postcard! I have it set up with all my cards now! I’m not sure what I’ll do on my birthday but my husband took off work at least, ha ha! Thanks so much for such an awesome wish!! I love every piece! Funny that Challah was on my to bake list this weekend! But while I buy King Arthur flour, I don't feel comfortable with their recipes yet! I'm looking at the Brad Taylor Fermentation Station? I can use it for my yogurt too so the price doesn't really bother me. We have this "rule" for kitchen gadgets... they have to do more than 1 thing( My husband says 7, lol.) I actually made a gallon of yogurt completely in the insta-pot last week! After straining it = 1/2 gallon thick, creamy yogurt. I use it as sour cream too. Once you make it you can't buy it ever again! Kind of like bread! Thanks again for the fabulous wishes! xo
