Received the lovely ATCs you sent me, thank you so much! They were very inspiring and over the last 2 days (I'm sick and taking it easy) I have made 2 ATCs and 1 "Skinny". So very joyful, creative and addicting. :) I have found a new form of expression, thank you! <3
hello Diane, I received your ATC package and I couldn't believe how many there was ! it is more then I thought and it has so many techniques, some of them are truly amazing ... fabric ones actually very interesting !! everyone offers something new to learn! Hi Diane, this is for the read profile swap. I really enjoyed reading your profile, it sounds like you have been very busy since you retired. Grease is one of my favourite films too, I've watched it so many times, it' a classic! I also love the colour green, my lounge is decorated in teal.
The quilties you make sound like fun projects to do...I know what you mean about wanting instant gratification from a project, I prefer to make smaller things, like little altered boxes. Nice to meet you & happy swapping Melanie.

I really enjoyed reading your profile :) When i was small, i loved to do crafts.. something which really needs patient, artistic capabilities and sense..but now i don't have a time for it with my busy routing.
It should be really nice to have short stories which had made for your grand children when they were small :)

I really enjoyed reading about you , wow 2 ggrands, I have 8 grands, will be a lot of years before I get any great ones tho.. the Mentalist is a fun show, he always makes me laugh. there are so many lovely shades of green, i love them too. Zentangles are so interesting, someday i may buy a book on how to do them, they look so hard tho. Oh i bet your selvedges quilt is great, i saw one on a quilt site once, there was a lot of stuff made from the selvedges, even a dress LOL, My favorite is the chicken pincushion, I have made a few of those. Your profile reminded me of my mother, it made me smile reading it wishing she was still around do finish her projects and be on swap-bot.
