No, they did not do a marathon medley! It was pretty much straight songs, mostly newer stuff although they did "Blueberry Boat" and some really great versions of tracks off of "Rehearsing My Choir".
Since you're on your way to Portland, check out Pseudosix. They're pretty laid-back, kinda straight-forward "indie", but they're really good. I can't think of any other Portland bands off the top of my head, but they have a really good scene (but def. more towards straight-forward indie fare it seems).
