Description:

For this swap, you will send your partner one (1) sticker book or sticker slam in a sturdy envelope. No last signers or homers allowed unless confirmed by your partner. It can be established or new sticker book/slam.

Please make sure the book you send is not made by or for your partner, and that your partner has not completed an entry.

What is a sticker book?

It is a small booklet where swappers decorate a page with stickers according to a theme (some will not have a theme) and include their swap label on the same page. When the sticker book is full, it is sent home to the person it was made for. If you are making new sticker books, please do not make an extremely large or thick sticker book or use non-flat stickers (e.g., puffy) to save on postage (keep the number of players under 10 to ensure the book makes it home quickly). Please also clearly indicate who the sticker book is made for and who it's made by.

What is sticker slam?

It is similar to a sticker book but instead of decorating a full page with stickers, each page has a theme where each player finds and places a sticker on each page according to the theme (e.g., sparkly, something blue, something to eat, underwater, smiley faces, hearts, flowers, etc.). There is typically an entry page at the beginning of the book where swap labels are placed along with a symbol (such as your initials or a drawn image) to indicate who the placed sticker belongs to (not all sticker slams require a symbol). If you are making new sticker slams, please do not make an extremely large or thick sticker slam or use non-flat stickers (e.g., puffy) to save on postage. Please also use themes that aren't too restrictive as less common themes are harder to find (for example, "kawaii" theme is good, but "Gudetama" is more difficult). It is also recommended to indicate the number of players to ensure the sticker slam makes it home quickly. I typically like to put something like: Max 15 players or send home when full. Please also clearly indicate who the sticker book is made for and who it's made by.

Include the name of the swap (i.e., Swap-bot: CPG: 1 sticker book #1 - Global) and your swap-bot ID in or on the envelope. THIS IS MANDATORY as we have swappers who swap in groups outside of swap-bot.

This has been updated to a global swap and one book in case there is more interest.

To ensure the sticker book/slam makes it to your partner in one piece, it will not hurt to seal the edges of your envelope with scotch tape.

I will angel if necessary, but you must communicate with me and your partner before giving a low rating. Items do get lost in the mail! If you cannot meet the deadlines of this swap, don't sign up. Additionally, please rate your partner promptly and send on time. Give your partner a 5 if you receive the swap according to the requirements. Hearts are up to rater's discretion.

Any questions, please contact me via swap-bot message or leave a comment below. Happy swapping!
