This is a US only, no scissors swap!:) 1 partner, 1 atc - the twist is that the ATC must be made of a collage of items/images/words/paper that has been ripped or torn, not cut neatly with scissors or an xacto! Get creative, you can rip, tear, crease & tear the papers to glue on to your card. At least 80% of your ATC should be covered with your collage art. Other flat embellishments may be added as an accent but the overall look & feel should be 'ripped or torn' paper. Start ripping! If you are on Instagram, post a pic with the hashtag CPGSWAP.
