Inspired by this tutorial using fabric scraps to create postcards lets send some more blue hued happy via snail mail!

• Sending Partner’s choice of theme (if any) and whether or not to mail these postcards naked or using a protective envelope or clear sleeve

NOTE: These postcards simply need to have a blue hue included but they aren’t necessarily monochrome blue & the tutorial is only for inspiration. Artists are free to craft their postcards in any way they wish. 💙 🎨📫
