Response: I'm trying to think of the best way to say this, and I'm having a hard time finding the right words. I messaged Terri immediately after seeing this, but to date the message is unread. I take responsibility for not following up in a timely manner, as this swap was still on my "sent" dashboard, having not been rated. It is a little shocking to me that someone would give a "1" rating without sending a message first to say the swap hadn't been received. Additionally, to not at least comment here that the swap hadn't been received...it's hard to fix a problem if the sender is unaware that there is a problem. A new set of scrap buster ephemera has been sent.
